We provide a FREE delivery service within a 10-mile radius for any customer who requires this service or if self-isolating. Please place your order using any of the methods below. For e-mail and order form orders we will be in touch as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) to confirm your order please remember to accept our call so that we can process your order and there are no delays. We would like to bring your attention to the latest message from Ronnie and his Tips, both on this page, who will be calling you back to process your order.

An answerphone will be available for out-of-hours ordering. Please leave your name, contact number and order details. One of our team will call you back to confirm your order, this is usually Ronnie who we know you have all got to know over the last few months. Just a quick post to let you all know we are still open six days a week for deliveries, you can also collect your orders now but access is restricted to the office area only, no members of the public will be allowed to enter the food processing areas. We can only accept orders made over the phone or by email so don't forget to leave your full and correct contact details when leaving a message or emailing your order. We are facing new challenges with Covid and the current economic crisis and prices are likely to change without notice, but I will try to keep you updated as best as I can as soon as these changes happen.

1) The majority of you who order online are doing it very well but there are a few of you who are causing me problems such as giving incorrect phone numbers or no phone numbers, asking for delivery and not giving me your address, it is very important that you take the time to check your order and contact details before you confirm your order. It is also very important that you answer my call when I call for payment, I can not send orders out until they are paid for, if you don't answer my call it doesn't only delay your order it will also delay the orders of other people whose delivery is going out on the same van. 2) For those of you who order on our answer machine it is very important that you leave all your contact details, in some instances we have not been able to fulfil orders because we have no contact details, I don't want people to think we are ignoring their orders, if we can't contact you we can't do your order.
